Terms and Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before booking your appointment:

1. Appointments & Deposits

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
• This deposit will be deducted from the total treatment cost on the day.
• Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• 24 hours’ notice is required for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment or no-shows will result in the loss of your deposit.
• Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.

3. Age Policy

• You must be 18 years or older to receive aesthetic treatments.
• ID may be requested at your appointment.

4. Medical Conditions

• It is your responsibility to inform me of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications prior to treatment.
• Some treatments may not be suitable depending on your health, and a full consultation will be carried out to ensure your safety.

5. Results & Aftercare

• Results may vary depending on individual skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare.
• Full aftercare advice will be provided and must be followed to ensure the best results.
• Top-ups or adjustments are not included unless otherwise stated.

6. Late Arrivals

• If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled or shortened, and your deposit may be forfeited.

7. Right to Refuse Treatment

• I reserve the right to refuse treatment if I believe it is not suitable or safe for you.
